Can You Lengthen Telomeres?

Health Conscious Reader,

I am interested in reversing aging for everyone in the world, and this includes you! :D

I don’t know if you’ve heard, but in 2009, Nobel prize winning scientists discovered a bio-marker, which translates to tell a person their biological age. This means you could be older or younger than you are chronologically, according to their discovery in medicine.

The way that this is accomplished is by measuring the length of your body’s telomeres, which are tiny genetic structures -- part of your DNA. Our telomeres get shorter over time, but there’s a way to activate an enzyme called telomerase to make them grow longer naturally.

As you grow older your #telomeres get shorter, which is every time a cell in your body divides.

There’s very specific ways scientists look at the telomere to determine your biological age.

Some of my favorite herbs may actually activate telomerase, the enzyme which lengthens telomeres. Herbs, such as atragulus root extract (patented), curcumin, cat’s claw, gingko biloba. My favorite vitamin is C, but it’s only known to prevent the shortening of telomeres.

Your's In Health,
Robert Hale
